Anandhi Sasikumar is a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with over 6 years of experience in the field. She has worked on various projects in industries such as Cyber Security, FMCG, Retail, Infrastructure, and Healthcare. Currently, she holds the position of Senior Software Engineer UX at Connectwise where she is responsible for supporting cross-browser, device, and platform compatibility at all stages of development, as well as usability testing. Anandhi has a strong background in UI development using web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery. She adheres to W3C and ADA standards at all stages and has performed cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform compatibility tests of completed pages. Anandhi has also designed and developed objects and components for every module and mentored and supervised junior designers and developers in the team. Prior to her current role, Anandhi worked as a UX Designer at Linarc, a web and graphic solution provider, and as a UX/UI Designer at Spritle Software Pvt Ltd. At Spritle, she managed a medium-sized UI development & design team and worked concurrently on several complex projects. Anandhi applied user-centered and data-driven design strategies to projects that ranged from mobile applications to complex business systems. She mapped the journey of a user and identified opportunities for design solutions based on findings from user research. Anandhi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Anna Adarsh College for Women.
